Sales team coaching: WHY DOES IT WORK?

Our sales team coaching programme is designed to not only refine skills, but to also build team spirit, encourage learning and improve communication. Sales teams that go through our programme feel more connected, aligned and work together more cloelsy to achieve the business goals.

If your team works remotely or on a hybrid basis it can be very hard to bounce ideas and share approaches.

Whether your team is fairly new or experienced, our sales team coaching programme will help your team to achieve results and feel motivated.

How the programme works

We’ll start with a 1:2:1 session with each team member to assess their skills, experience and how they learn best. We’ll also assess their learning styles and other soft skills such as listening abilities.

We’ll then have either 8 or 12 group sessions (depending on what you feel you need) on a regular weekly basis. These sessions will include activities, feedback, mini trainings and practical tasks. Our breakout rooms encourage team members to work together to solve problems and look at ideas with fresh eyes.

We offer support between sessions: team members can ask their coach questions, submit work or receive feedback.

The programme finishes with a final reflection session in which each team member will take away a personalised action plan.
